DAY 2: The behavior you see. Your child’s behavior is driven by their feelings. If you want to improve your kid’s behavior, teach them how to communicate and cope with their feelings in ways that work best. 

DAY 3: The limits you set. If you want to improve your kid’s behavior, set clear limits and allow for consequences (without using shame, pain, or disconnection).

DAY 4: The story you tell. How you think about yourself as a mom, and your thoughts about your kids, determines how you feel about your family. If you train your brain to think positive and hopeful thoughts, you will feel better and show up as the mom you want to be. 

DAY 5: Bringing it all together. How to continue to create peace in your home no matter the age of your kids.
